| What is a sponsor message? | Your message and a tracked link at the end of a ByteSize Network article on bytesizenetwork.com, labeled “Sponsored”. Sponsor messages never run next to political coverage. |
| What is a presented story? | A ByteSize Network story in your field (for example real estate or technology) that carries “Presented by” your business at the top and your message at the end. ByteSize’s newsroom reports the story independently; you sponsor its publication. |
| What is a sponsored feature? | An article about your business, written by ByteSize Network from facts you provide, approved by you before it runs, and labeled “Sponsored by” your business. |
| How does billing work? | Packages are billed monthly by Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. |
| How do I cancel? | Online, any time. Open the billing page and enter the email you subscribed with, or use the Billing card in your client portal, then click Cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your placements keep running until the end of the month you already paid for. You can also email [email protected]. See the Terms of Service for details. |
